Full Tilt Poker Aussie Millions Main Event Finale Airs On GSN
Last night, Saturday August 7, GSN television aired the finale of the 2010 Aussie Millions, with Tyron Krost taking the crown and Frederik Jensen coming in runner up.
The 2010 Aussie Millions, which took place at the Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia, is sponsored by Full Tilt Poker, but it was a member of Team Titan Poker who started off the final table as the chip leader. That was Sorel “Imper1um” Mizzi who ended up getting knocked out in 3rd place.
Rounding out the remaining 5 players in the 2010 Full Tilt Poker Aussie Millions Main Event finale were Peter Jetten (the first to be eliminated) and Kosta Varoxis (the second).
In all, making up the international representation of the 2010 Aussie Millions main event final table were two Australian players, two Canadian players, and one Danish player.
While the 2010 Full Tilt Poker Aussie Millions may now be over, that doesn’t end the televised poker excitement broadcast by GSN and sponsored by Full Tilt poker. Next up, this coming Saturday, August 14, airing at 8 pm ET on GSN, will be the Full Tilt Doubles Poker Championship, an ongoing competition consisting of 16 teams going head-to-head (to-head-to-head) at the downtown Las Vegas Golden Nugget Casino for a guaranteed first prize of $1 million (which we suppose breaks down to $500K for each teammate).
As you’re enjoying the broadcasts of the Full Tilt Doubles Poker Championship, you can start getting ready for the 2011 Aussie Millions satellite tournaments showing up soon on the Full Tilt Poker schedule.
