Full Tilt New Software Upgrade Lets You Run It Twice

Full Tilt Poker has just released a new software upgrade, and two of its features are getting quite the attention!

One is called Run It Twice and it allows players at Full Tilt Poker’s real money ring game tables locked in an all-in heads-up confrontation to opt to see two outcomes for the hand, each worth half the pot. In other words, if the two heads-up players agree to Run It Twice, the dealer will deal out the last one or two community cards (in other words the River or the Turn & the River) twice, the winner of each outcome claiming half the pot.

One obvious benefit to players of this option is that it gives each player two chances to stay in the game after going all-in, rather than just one all-or-nothing shot.

If the Run It Twice feature sounds familiar, that’s because it was introduced on such Full Tilt Poker sponsored poker television shows like Face The Ace and Poker After Dark (both on NBC T.V.). The Run It Twice option will only be available at select ring game tables marked as Run It Twice tables.

The other new feature on the FullTilt site that everyone’s clamoring about is called Cashout Tournaments. These are just like ordinary online poker tournaments at Full Tilt Poker except for one extra option they have enabled at the tables: the cashout option. This allows players to cash out some or all of their chips before a tournament have finished playing itself out. Currently only Full Tilt Poker makes this option available.
