Scott Ian’s Home Game Coming Back to Ultimate Bet

If you missed it last time, don’t fret (bad pun)…Scott Ian’s Home Game is coming back for another performance. And this time the top prize is a prize package including free entry into the Aruba Poker Classic, an $8,500 value.

Scott Ian is, of course, the guitar player from Anthrax. His home game is a chance to play head-to-head against Scott himself and 4 other legends of rock: Kirk Hammett, Vinnie Paul (Pantera), Jerry Cantrell (Alice in Chains), and Greg Tribbett (Mudvayne) – as well as Annie Duke and Phil Hellmuth, representatives of Ultimate Bet Poker, the co-host of Scott Ian’s Home Game and the site of all the tournaments leading up to the 18 seats being awarded in the big August 19 event (which starts) at 9 pm ET.

One way to nab one of those seats is to finish in first through tenth place in the Main Event, happening August 18 at 9 pm ET. Enter for 10,000 UltimatePoints.

Or you can enter a satellite into the Main Event for 1,000 UltimatePoints. Those satellites are running constantly from July 15 to August 15. The winners gain free entry into the Main Event.

There’s also one last shot, a VIP Tournament that you have to wait and receive an email to enter (and we don’t know how they determine whether you’re worthy enough of a VIP to get one, unfortunately). That tournament is held on August 19 at 4 pm, just 5 hours before Scott Ian’s Home Game. The VIP Tournament only awards one seat in the big game.
