2010 PokerStars SCOOP Schedule Out
The 2010 Scheduled for the Poker Stars Spring Championship of Online Poker has been released. This year, it runs from May 3rd through May 16th and is made up of 33 different poker events, ranging from No Limit to Fixed Limit and Pot Limit, from Hold’em to Omaha to Stud and other games, from knockouts to six-max to rebuy events. There’s even Badugi, Razz, HORSE, and Heads-Up Match Play. But one thing all the PokerStars 2010 SCOOP events share in common is a huge prize pool, a total of $36 million guaranteed.
The 2010 PokerStars SCOOP offers a way for people of any budget to be able to play by running 3 versions of each SCOOP event, one with low table stakes (that’s buy-ins and prize pools), one with medium table stakes, and one with high table stakes.
Direct buy-ins for Poker Stars 2010 SCOOP events go from $5.50 to $10,300. But PokerStars is already running satellite qualifiers into the various 2010 SCOOP events so you can get your seat for free or next to nothing.
The 2010 SCOOP Main Event takes place Sunday, May 16 with direct buy-ins of $109 for low stakes and a $1 million guaranteed prize pool, $1,050 for mid stakes and a $3 million guaranteed prize pool, and $10,300 for high stakes and a $5 million guaranteed prize pool. That same Sunday, two other big money 2010 Poker Stars SCOOP events are taking place, making that a great day indeed to be a PokerStars player.
