ECOOP VI and Team Titan Poker Bounties Underway
The sixth European Championship of Online Poker, otherwise known as ECOOP VI, started today, Monday, May 24, and along with it so did Titan Poker’s Team Titan Bounty contest.
With the event’s miniature version, the MiniECOOP VI, just finishing up yesterday, Sunday May 23, ECOOP VI now gets underway, running for the 14 days (2 full weeks) from May 24 to June 4.
As part of TitanPoker’s ECOOP VI promotion, they’re offering bonus bounties on top of the $5.1 million guaranteed overall prize pool, worth $1,000 each (except for tonight’s $5,000 bounty on Sorel “Imper1um” Mizzi’s head. The other new members of Team Titan being introduced to the online poker world with bounties on their heads are Jonas “JonasKlausen” Klausen on May 26’s event #3, Samuel “Lloydstsb” Trickett on May 27’s event #4, Yann “LastChance11″ Brosolo on May 30’s event #7, Marvin “xcrash154″ Rettenmaier on May 31’s event #8, Joel “joben19″ Benzinou on June 2’s event #10, and Florian “freraata” Desgouttes on June 4’s event #12.
Team TitanPoker Bounties aside, there is plenty of action and plenty of money to be won over the next two week’s at TitanPoker’s ECOOP VI. Events at the sixth ECOOP range from NL Holdem to Limit 7 Card Stud to Pot Limit Omaha and Omaha Hi/Lo. There are 6-max events, rebuy and add-on events, and even one quadric event (#11).
The ECOOP VI culminates on June 6 with the $1.5 million guaranteed main event. Leading up to the ECOOP VI Main Event are guaranteed prize pools ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 with two events at the $500k range: event #7 on May 30 with a $535 buy-in and event #8 the following day, May 31, with a $2,600 buy-in. Both events, as well as the Main Event, are in NL Holdem.
