The Full Tilt Mini-FTOPS XIII is Almost Here
Now that the final hand of the final table of the final event in 13th Full Tilt Online Poker Series is completed, and memories of August’s summery series are fading with the season, Full Tilt Poker enters September geared up for the one remaining part of FTOPS XIII that has to be played out, and that’s the Mini-FTOPS XIII.
Unlike in previous incarnations, with the Mini-FTOPS was run at the same time as the FTOPS, FullTilt has decided this time to give all its players the opportunity to compete in all of the series’ tournaments. As you know, the Mini-FTOPS XIII has a schedule that matches that of the regular FTOPS XIII that just wrapped up – with the same 25 action-packed events – the key difference being that the buy-ins and prizes are all one-tenth the size, the total prize pool being $3 million.
That means the Mini-FTOPS XIII even features an exciting two-day event, this one with a $400,000 prize pool and a $200 + $16 buy-in. It starts September 19 at 1:00 pm ET. The following day, on September 20, at 5:00 pm ET, the Mini-FTOPS XIII closes out with the Main Event, promising a $500,000 prize pool for only a $50 + $5 investment.
There will also be a leaderboard tracking the top players’ progress throughout the series, with a $7,500 prize package for the top scorer – a prize package that includes entries to each and every event in the FTOPS XIV.
The Mini-FTOPS XIII begins on September 9, which is almost upon us, but satellites are still going on over at Full Tilt daily for free entry into Mini-FTOPS XIII events, including the Main Event itself. Buy-ins are as little as 50 cents or FTPs.
