Be a Part of the Full Tilt Poker Lounge
Full Tilt Poker is opening the doors on a new segment of its world famous online poker room. They’re calling it The Poker Lounge, and as in the tradition of elite poker events of FullTilt’s past, this is a televised poker event.
In each episode of the Full Tilt Poker Lounge, to take place in a comfy London hideaway, six players will compete for a $120,000 prize in a winner-takes-all style tournament.
The faces at each Poker Lounge table will be familiar to poker TV fans, with stars like Gus Hansen and Phil Ivey on the schedule, along many others of their fellow Full Tilt Poker pros.
A weekly series running for 10 weeks, one of the highlights of each week’s match is the wild card—an online poker qualifier who won their seat on the show at Full Tilt Poker. To be one of the players who qualifies for that exclusive spot at The Poker Lounge table compete in FullTilt’s The Poker Lounge Qualifiers. The top prizes are $22,000 packages that include that coveted free seat on TV’s newest hit-to-be of a poker show: The Poker Lounge.
Poker Lounge Qualifiers start April 4 and run through July 4, with a total of 8 prize packages into the Poker Lounge up for grabs. Direct buy-in is $600 + $40, but you can satellite into one for as cheap as $10.
The Poker Lounge runs June 21 to August 23, 2010 and will air on Channel 4 on Mondays, from 00:00 to 01:00 GMT.
