Aussie Millions Champ Krost Joins Team Party Poker

Party Poker has just added a new poker champion to its Team Party Poker roster of sponsored celebrity poker pros in 23 year old Tyron Krost, the 2010 Aussie Millions Main Event champ.

Before becoming $2 million AUD richer at January’s 2010 Aussie Millions, Krost worked in his family’s family-owned business in office furniture, and now, after his victory, he still works there. But now that’ll be when he’s not on the live poker circuit somewhere in the world representing Team Party Poker, such as at his debut in the ambassadorial role at the next World Poker Tour event, the WPT Grand Prix de Paris at the Aviation Club from May 8 to 13.

Speaking of France and Party Poker, the two are getting a little more intimate, with a French TV broadcaster and Party Poker agreeing to join forces to offer a white label online poker establishment, of course to becoming part of the PartyGaming family.

And on that, getting back to the subject of the newest addition to the Party Gaming family, Tony Krost, who topped a playing field of nearly 750 players to win the 2010 Aussie Millions. He joins good company as a part of the Party Poker team, including namesake Tony G, as well as the original poker ambassador Mike Sexton, and cohorts Ian Frazer, Dragan Galic, Felipe ‘Mojave’ Ramos, Bodo Sbrzesny, and Kara Scott. Also on the Team Party Poker pro circuit are Italian soccer star Francesco Totti and F1 race-car driver Giancarlo Fisichella.
